Every chapter is the same job in a different industry: take a business that runs on spreadsheets, memory and phone calls, and give it an operating system. AI is the newest tool, not the first.

Kyiv. A five-star hotel.
Senior network and systems administrator: virtualization, networks, storage, L1–L3 support. In parallel I taught computer science, math and physics at School No. 66. MSc in Applied System Analysis, Kyiv Polytechnic (IASA), with honours.

Adtech, blockchain, consulting.
At an adtech company I went from DevOps to senior engineer and built the Go core of a media engine — auction, SSP/DSP connectors, DMP, billing, real-time reporting — leading a team of four. Smart contracts and an ICO for a crypto exchange. Process digitization at a systems integrator, including a renovation-tracking system for a bank's branch network: tasks, invoices, acceptance, issue triage.

Casinos. Co-founder.
After years working with casinos in Ukraine, I launched my first casino software in Erbil, Iraq. Then a management system for land-based casinos: cage, chips, guests and face recognition, junkets, HR, bonuses, CCTV integrations — one system for venues with 15–20 tables and 100+ staff. The war ended it in 2022. Along the way we shipped 100+ poker and roulette displays.

An operating system for agencies managing creators: CRM, operator workflows, marketing automation. 3–4 agencies, 10 creators, ~20k a month in turnover running on it.

B2B SaaS. Platform lead.
In my first year I rebuilt the product — v2 — alone in three months — the product customers still use. Then I led the platform team (8–10 engineers): core services, CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo), data pipelines, billing, infrastructure, and in 2025–26 the AI layer: MCP server, agentic triage desk. ~12,800 commits across 45+ services.

Los Angeles. Luxury concierge.
The marketplace behind a luxury concierge platform: jets, cars, villas and services, with quotes, bookings, vendor roles and invoicing. Pre-launch announced July 2023.

Construction.
Main backend author of an AR product for construction (BIM on iPhone and iPad). Then Tech Lead on the ERP for a US subcontractor — migrating off a legacy system with an agent pipeline: client documents and calls turned into a knowledge base, old and new systems checked side by side.

Warsaw. Agents.
I moved to Poland and went deep into building again — AI systems with my own hands, not managing a team across time zones. Today: a slot-symbol factory for an iGaming studio, a multi-model AI content studio, and an agent operating system I run my own life on.
